Author's Note: This is written for jantocam  Challenge #31, and is a crossover with The Avengers movie.  This is a dialogue-only story, so I hope it makes sense.  It's also fix-its for both CoE and the movie, since both Ianto and Phil are kick-arse and would totally call each other to complain about their teams. 

Summary:  Phil Coulson of S.H.I.E.L.D. asks Ianto Jones of Torchwood for a favour.
